Watch your back, rob

Perhaps rob headed off to Switzerland to avoid this gentleman. Seriously, that appears to be an honest to goodness website.

I would like to see Squirrel mounted flying camel style.

One of these Squirrels is not like the others, one of these Squirrels just doesn't belong.

generally prefer 'squirrel mounts' as a descriptive action.

If Rick (the guy from Teedge's link) were to mount Squirrel, what would Squirrel hold? A can of Porkslap? 12 Inches of Snow?

zwoman woke up this morning and said "Happy anniversary!" So I guess I'm making a trip to the florist on the way home.

That Mel Hall story is insane. But you have to wonder after it and Sharper how many more of these stories are out there.

And some of the new Weird Al tunes/videos are not bad. I might be the biggest offender when it comes to word crimes.

Are any of the Gheorghie lawyers registered in DC? I need some pro bono help for 826DC--reviewing some MOUs to identify any red flags. And I'm SOOO unqualified for that job...

DeJuan Blair, now a Washington Wizard. Ernie Grunfeld doing work.

Marls said...

Unfortunately, I'm not admitted in DC or VA. ZMan might since he went to GMU and was local for a little while. Additionally, our brawny barrister Mayhugh might be admitted in DC.

That said, the MOU should not be legally binding so you likely cnat screw it up that bad. However, make sure that it does not have traditional contract elements (offer, considerantio, intent, ect) so sombody could claim it is legal contract. Even better is an express statement in the MOU that it is not legally binding.

PHI MOU?

Mark said...

Grunfeld loading up on power forwards. That's 3 signed in 2 days, right?

Thanks Marls--but since I got a "D" in B-Law, I can't even understand what your comment means...

Marls said...

My crappy typing may have something to do with that.

Clarence said...

Marls got a D in Secretarial Administration.

Dear Diary,
So in the last 24 hours four people have sent me supposedly erroneous texts supposedly intended for other people. Two of the texts were sentiments of love. From males. What is going on? Am I becoming sexier in my fatter balder older age?

Clarence said...

Or is my phone magic redirecting love texts to me? It's a new iPhone app.

Marls said...

Shlara - If you want, I can give the MOU a look. I also have a friend who is in house counsel for a NFP so we can give likely you some advice.

Marls said...

As one of the dudes who expressed his undying love, I can say without hesistaion that it must be the phone.

Danimal said...

crappy typing continues. pull yourself together!

considerantio sounds naughty. i think i kinda like it.

and i sent my boss a text telling him that i loved him. his name starts with the same letter as my wife's.

zman said...

zman said...
